Good Voice-Changing Software?

For many reasons (privacy, fun effects, etc), I have been looking for good real-time voice changing software to use with VOIP. Free is not required but would be nice. The software should work with Mumble and TeamSpeak 3.

Some options I am considering are NCH Software's Voxal Voice Changer program, ScreamingBee, and FakeWebCam's Fake Voice program.

Which option do you guys recommend?

I tried MorphVox Pro a while back and it was pretty good. It works with Skype and the new TeamSpeak beta version, but honestly TeamSpeak is getting old. I wish Microsoft would open the Xbox Live chat protocol to competing platforms, especially Mac.

I've used the NCH software and it is good. I use Wavepad all the time too.
