I'm just looking for some videos that clearly show what sort of form to use for deads.

Any links?

Uh, actually its a push and pull. But it's typically referred to as a pull. As in "I pulled 405 the other day".


Anyways, adjusting your feet might make a huge difference. Being so damn tall, sumo is way more natural and thus easier for me. Simply turning toes out can help with body mechanics.

Aye, agree with TallBill. Push with legs, pull with back. Love deadlifting, pure brute strength.

i achieved 225 the other day which is great and i am doing 235 next week.......


heres a tip.... If your shins arent bloody by the end of this excerise your doing it wrong:)

Haha. Yeah I find the deadlift to be a good (albeit painful) hair removal technique for my lower legs :p
