hey, i was wondering wat is a good video card that has 2 dual imputs soo that i can connect two monitors...

price range - $80.00
 
At that price you'll probably only get 1-DVI and 1-analog. Gainward was not terribly fast fx5200 cards for $78 and $90, though a much faster card would be their ti4200 card for $124. All are listed as dual-monitor (not just 2 ports where only one at a time is live) and are at newegg.com.
