Good Video Card for Low Profile Computers?

Hello I currently have the MSI Radeon HD 4550 1GB 64-bit Low Profile video card. It's nice for games such as Counter-Strike 1.6/Source, Team Fortress 2, GTA4 but there is too much lag for games that require more power such as Bad Company 2 or Star Craft 2.

My machine is:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93ghz
4GB RAM (Think its DD3)

I'm wondering which video card you guys recommend (has to be low profile) for my system?

Thanks in advanced 🙂

There's also the low profile 5750 from Powercolor if you prefer AMD (I have it in my slim case). It's probably a tad slower but it overclocks well and probably uses a bit less power.

The gts450 looks like a good choice. I assume that you built the system and have a decent power supply. The gts450 requires 1 x 6 pin connector and a 400 watt power supply I believe.
If your system is a pre-built one the power supply would probably not handle the gts450. Then you might have to go with something like an AMD 5570.
