good video card for basic HTPC?

I need a decent agp video card for my htpc. I'm converting my old Dell 4600 again, but I only have onboard right now. I need something with s-video output. Just needs to be able to display the picture and play movies OK. Suggestions? I'm thinking an old geforce 440 or something.

What's your budget? An old 440 is like 40 bucks, which is hella cheap, but works fine.

get an ati9200se, i am using it in my htpc and the image is superb on tv

I'd get a 9600 or better... I got mine on the forums here for $60 shipped
