A client needs a 42" LCD setup in his offices.
What video card would you suggest for getting the best out of it as a collaborative display?
There will be 4 or 5 architects and clients gathered in the central area of this loft, working on 3D CAD drawings from time to time. I may use some form of RDP and a dedicated computer/vidcard so somebody won't have to close/save a drawing he is working on, he can just remote into his station and bring it up fast.
Any ideas on the card? Can I get RDP to work in this application?

I would probably suggest a 7600GT, Pretty good card for the money with a reasonable amount of power

CAD? If they are doing CAD you will need a beefier card then you think. That said, a 7800 series would do the job, but if this is going to do rendering, you will want to look at the workstation grade cards (Quadro or FireGL). I personally have a 7800 GTX connected to a 1080p 46" LCD at home, and it runs nicely.
