I currently have an ATI-TV Wonder, and, with the new drivers, it performs pretty decently and captures pretty well. However, I'm limited to a capture of 640x240 (since the captured video is progressive and not interlaced). This would be fine, and I could just use an enlarging filter with bicubic filtering to get it to 640x480, but I have digital cable and (I think) it is full 480p video. My question is, is there any capture cards out there that'll capture 640x480 progressive video? I'm talking about using a composite or s-video connector since that's all my digital cable receiver outputs (other than standard coaxial cable). Is 480 progressive scan line video available with s-video or composite lines?
