Good Vid Card with Video-in + dual VGA out.

Must have those 2 features plus be reasonable running games. The dual monitor support has to be good since it will be used with 2 19in monitors. Ah, it would be nice if under $200.

I can't think of any, maybe the Radeon 8500 All In Wonder card? But thats not under 200...
