Good value p4 board?

I am looking for a p4 mobo, that supports pc 133 ram, and also has good overclocking features... Is there such a board?

why even worry about overclocking a P4 while using SDram? The memory bottlenecks the system to the point that you probably won't even see any benefit from overclocking the CPU.
