i heard there was this cool korean bbq place by walgreens...anything else?

Fat Burger

Jack in the Box

... and there's Joe's(?) Pizza on the strip, which is run by two hippie and the pizza is pretty good!

😀

Check out the Neon guide, What's on or Showbiz magazines, that will higlight all kinds of specials, can usually get them on the strip, airport or most casino's. Cheapest eats is downtown in Fremont, although the food aint that great.

i went there for the first time in july expecting there to be $3 buffets all over the place link in movies. but that didn't happen, most of the non-chain places we went to were expensive/average quality.
there was one excpetion, a hotel along the highway on the way to hoover dam that had a $2 breakfast that rocked.

The Orleans has a great buffet for a cheaper price. The selection isn't as big, but there's plenty of good things to eat and some cajun-esque dishes here and there. Lunch is a great bargain, and dinner is still less than most buffets around.

Free shuttle every 15 or 20 minutes from Barbary Coast if you are on the strip. The actual Orleans casino is video poker heavy. Bowling alley, arcade, and movie theater also reside on the property.

Another cheap place to eat is called "Coney Island" I think. It's a block or two behind Ballys. Good prices and good food. No buffet. I'd recommend it for lunch.

The Golden Eagle at the North end of the Strip.

It's a normal place. Good food for a reasonable price.

Better for lunch than dinner.

Battista's Hole-in-the-Wall on Flamingo, across from Ballys (in a strip shopping center). It's not the cheapest place, but the food is excellent. You can get a complete Italian dinner for $25.00 / head with tip.

Any cheap buffet is going to have a pretty long line. and of the "Stations" have a good buffet, cheap, and the lines are reasonable. Sunset Station (I believe) comes highly recommended by a guy at work, and he's a buffer expert.

Good Luck

Scott
