I'm looking for a PCI conventional (or PCI Express) video capture board that would have been fairly high-end (between $300 ~ $400 MSRP) three or four years ago but might now be purchased second-hand quite reasonably and has stable drivers for XP 64-bit (Vista or Win7 support would be great but not mandatory).
Was anyone in the market for this back then, looked into the options, and might have something in mind? Any and all suggestions welcome.
