Good USB switch? Don't need a KVM, but would get one if cost wasn't bad..

I have a Sony G400 monitor that already has two inputs. I've been switching between my windows and linux boxes a lot lately while using two separate keyboards and mice. It's annoying.

I heard that USB switches exist to switch peripherals from one box to another and that they are cheaper than KVM switches. I do not want a KVM switch that already has the cables attached since they usually have cheap monitor cables and degrade video quality. I wouldn't mind using a KVM switch if the price was right, though.

So, what is a good USB switch and where can I find a good price on it?
