good tv tuner for lcd monitors.

i was looking into the vdigi, and remembered reading somewhere that the quality of the vdigi is MUCH better on crts.

anything else better than the vdigi, perhaps something that is optimized for lcds, like the ones that come with lcd tvs? that is reasonabily priced or has a good performance/price ratio. i am interested in using it for console systems, ie. xbox or ps2.

Do you want a tv tuner or a component->VGA transcoder? The transcoder will give FAR better quality.

ok, i mean transcoder then...what's the best one? price/performance ratio wise.
