Good tv tuner card?

Any recommendations for TV tuner cards. One with a remote. I also want to beable to capture from a vcr. Price isn't too much of an issue somewhere around 50 dollars I guess.
 
I you want to spend more money then that. I would HIGHLY recommend a Hauppauge PVR-250 or PVR-350 🙂
