Good TV card?

I'm looking for a good TV card that'll allow me to hook up either my Xbox, Xbox 360, or PlayStation 2 to it and allow me to take screenshots and record videos. My buddy gave me an ATI Rage 128 that has video in, and was wondering if this was a good card? If not can someone recommend a good one to me?

Thanks!

The rage should work, or if you want something else, a cheap $25 capture device with svideo or RCA input would be all you need. You dont need a device with an actual tv tuner.

Yes, DVD set top recorders rock, even my parents can figure them out.

The post does not say if the ATI Rage was tried or not. Whats wrong with trying it?
I had an ATI TV Wonder and was not so happy with its quality and I am guessing all the cheaper TV cards will have that same cheap quality.

If you are going to get a new card, get an ATI Theater550 Pro based card. They rule

But not for playing games. You will get lag from the controllers due to the mp2 encoding

Any chance you know this for a fact with the Theater 550 chip, and aren't just generalizing w/ hardware encoding?? Previous ATI cards were well known to not have any sort of delay, and I'm wondering if this somehow can bypass the hardware encoding to allow that. I really want this card (image quality seems top, and cheap hardware encode), but mainly for playing games on my PC.
