I can't seem to find a good speech topic to give one on. This is an informative speech so nothing that will sound persuasive, like you should do this or shouldn't do this, just straight facts.

Those are persuasive, but all things he'd allow. Eh, talking about sex infront of kids who'ed only giggle and laugh the whole time isn't what I want to do

College is right around the corner, you research what sorts of financial aid is available (federal, state, local, ect) and show how you would go about applying for it.

It's something a lot of students don't look into until it's too late.

Just give a speach on something that you know about. Ex: How to build a computer, what different parts do, how to set up a network. For informative speaches the best road to take is one that you know well, so to speak. If you know what you are talking about the speach is much better regardless of the topic.

Thanks! I think I have an idea of what I'll be talking about now, either something on the RIAA or summer jobs since I know many people will be getting a summer job.

I always found it helpful to give speaches on topics that you feel strong about and know alot about.

Practice your speech out loud in front of a full length mirror. This will check your own posture, as body language is
a tell thing when it comes to confidence. If you think this sounds silly, try it :) Don't give up, do it until your comfortable
with it.

Just my $.02.
