Good tire shop in Plattsburgh/Burlington?

I currently live in Montréal, Canada and I went to a couple of shops here for quotes for new tires (185/60/15, probably some Toyo Avid TRZ or Pirelli P4) for my car and it's always around $550-$600 when I could get some tires from Tirerack for $400 including shipping and duty tax (about $130 of extra costs), all I'd have to do is to go to a shop and have them mounted.

So I'm thinking about doing a little trip down south next Saturday to get new tires and have them mounted there. Do you know of any decent tire shops in these two cities where I could get a decent deal instead of paying that much this side of the border?
