Before your post confuses a lot of people running another mb, why dont' you also post your Motherboard, bios version, and ambient temp?

yeah, those critical data specs are important too. especially how cold ur place is.

My room's around 20-22, mobo runs 26, with normal Ops of 38, fullload at 42. Not too bad for a 1.2Ghz.

Here's mine...

Now @1:30am, near an open window with one sidepanel off:

21c mobo, case temp is 26c, idle cpu 28c. 100% load temp 36c. (Seti,UD|Think,Q3A running.)
Bios, MBM5, Viahm are same.

EP8KTA3|1518 bios, 7896a w/3 case fans 60, 80, and a 120mm.
Closed case, full load is 42c.

384MB Cas2 PC133 Crucial
128MB Rev2 Mushkin
40GB 8.7ms 7200 udma 100
SBLive Plat
FA310TX

I'm not whining or complaining here... I'm very satified /excited with this chip.

Weird thing is it'll loop 3DMarK2001/2000 endlessly. Create certificates using Stability test 6.0 under normal setting for 24+ hrs.

Q3A demo loops all night long. SiSoft burnin is succesful, I also tried many of the different synthetic bench proggies out there. Didn't have any locks, freezes, or protection errors. Great numbers all around. But,

Prime95 Will not run! Not at all! The longest time being on is 5 seconds.

I've tried switching, adding, taking out, lowering to Cas3 the ram modules without change. Something to the effect: hardware "round off error" This was during the self test.

Using Prime95 version 20.6.

Even when I clock down to 1000Mhz and tweak the mem for stability, P95 still won't run at all.
Someone please tell me there are known issues for v20.6 :).

Suggestions? Thanks
