Good temps for a 9800 Pro?

I installed a ATI Silencer VGA Cooler on my non overclocked 9800 Pro and It idles around 38c. Is that a good temp for a 9800 Pro?

You are perfectly fine. Those temps are very good.

 
Idle looks good. What's the load temp?

Generally, If you're not experiencing any crashes, glitches, artifacts, ect, you're good to go.
