As a general guideline I'm happy with under 50C for AMD CPUs running at 100% load for extended periods of time.
 
I just got a case with a digital readout on the front but its in F, anyone know if its easy to change it?

Let me guess, it's an Aspire X-Dreamer? If so you're stuck with F, you can't change it.
