good tech magazine...

hmm, i guess i just read websites now for review and such. i don't really see the point in paying for basically a bunch of ads, intermixed with some asinine columns/reviews (which are hard to take seriously).

i dont like reading on the internet...it has ads, and also asinine columns and reviews and is also hard to take seriously as well as hard on my eyes.

so basically i want a paper from of something that has ads and asinine columns

IMO, Computer magazines have gone downhill in recent years. Good tech magazines used to be PC Mag, Byte, etc. I would go to the bookstore and buy the buyer's guides magazines, to hell with a subscription.

i know...what i'm saying is that its basically the same for internet and paper based mags...i just prefer to chill on my couch or on the train and read a magazine, then be staring into a screen

Mark
I had a free trial scip to Sync and I thought it sucked.
It played like Penthouse, packed with ads and stupid shyt, sprinkled with a couple covered up bewbs.
It really was a rag.

agreed... has a few good articles here and there, but not anything overly great.
