Good, Stable P4c board with raid?

I'll be building a new server for our lan soon, and want the most stable board I can get. Most likely will be using a p4 2.6C, or faster. I need onboard audio and lan, along with a good raid controller to mirror (most likly SATA drives). I figured an intel board would be my best bet, but was looking for a few opinions. Thanks!

BTW: I'm using a p4c800 right now and love it, but don't want to spend $180 on another mobo heh
