I'm looking for a good solid MB that will overclock a 1.8a P4 to 2.4 (133 fsb) easily, uses DDR, has lots of options for OCing (like memory ratios and pci locks), and preffereably has onboard lan and usb 2.0. I would really like to get it from newegg also, so can anyone suggest a motherboard that meets these criteria? I need to order it soon also, thanks.

My friend has a 1.8a, with the Epox 4G4A+.... and the HIGHEST he can keep it stable is at 2.53Ghz, but... The 4G4A+ is a great board, thats the one I have my eye on ;)

All MWave boards are retail in sealed box. They're one of the best on the internet for sales. I go to the will-call at the warehouse all the time.

i just built a new system with a gigabyte GA-81EXP works great!

has everything..see the reviews on Toms Hardware, Anandtech and Arstechnica - all rated it #1

relatively cheap at newegg (where i bought it) linky

has superb OC'ability and includes software to help you optimize your OC'ing experience ("OOBOCE" out of box overclocking experience)

has lan, usb2 (6 ports!) , firewire (4 ports) , on board promise raid, 4 ide channels (ata 133) , smart card, ir, cf, 3 DDR slots, 533 fsb, onboard audio etc etc etc

you will be very happy
