good software to check maximum clock speed

I've been using ATItool lately to see how high my clocks can reach, but I figured it's not a very realistic way to do it. what's a good program that'll automatically find my highest achievable clock speeds?

I think ATITool is one of the best for overclocking. Rivatuner is really good too but I don't think it has automatic overclocking. Even Overdrive in CCC lets you do automatic OCing...although it's not as stable.
