Good Socket-A Board For a Server?

I have a co-worker who is looking to build an Athlon XP based system for use as an internet server. It will not require massive hardware or anything, but he would like a good, stable system capable of at least 1 gig RAM and preferrably 3 DDR slots. He won't need RAID or SCSI since the storage requirements will not be very high (he says even 20 gig will suffice, but he will probably go with 60 gig).

I'm thinking that a good solution would be a KT266A motherboard with DDR. Another option would be an nForce board, but since audio and video are secondary concerns it's probably better to go with the KT266A and low-end audio/video.

Any good recommendations? If there is a good place to order a bare-bones system with MB, CPU, and full-tower case/PSU that would also be great.

Thanks!

hmmm, if you'll go to a single processor mobo, you'll need performance, features, support and stability, I'm afraid the answer is not cheap, the ASUS A7V266-E.
