I am thinking about building a new small system for my wife. The system will have

5EMA+ w/K6-3+ 450 64MB to 128MB memory
CDROM
Diskette
1 or two drives
vid adapter/4meg
sound card

What would be a good case?

Take a visit to colorcase.com which has some of the best looking cases I've seen. They even have a dog, cat and penquin case. All high quality in a variety of colors. I bought a case from them a few months ago and couldn't be more pleased.

Check out the selection at Directron.com, an excellent place to start looking. They carry some of some of the better brands with pics, links and descriptions.

I've been using this Mushkin case for about a year (I got it from work when it was being discarded) and I just found out where it came from. It is a very solid, good quality case with no sharp edges at all, and the power supply, while only rated @ 235 watts, runs a P3 at 1 GHz on a BX board with 4 HDD's, a CD, CD-RW, 1 @ 80 mm. fan, 3 @ 90 mm. fans, 1 @ 120 mm. fan and a GlobalWin FOP32-1 cooler! The side comes off easily by loosening 2 screws to reveal all the magic inside.
