Good sites to get HTML templates for a webstore?

I'm looking to go live with my webstore, but I don't really have the time/interest in building it 100% from scratch, does anyone have any recommendations on a good place to get some templates? I don't mind paying some money for one, but not really looking to spend more than $50 or so.
