Does anyone know of a good site with a forum for Win admin questions (all flavors - 98, ME, 2k, etc.)?
I like asking you fine folks but I figure a dedicated forum/site might be easier to get lots of input.
For example right now I want to include in the login script a line to delete temp files off the users HD. I often go to my users PCs and see 300, 500, or more temp files in their temp directory. There is simply no reason for that! It is just crap not cleaning up after itself.
Anyway I was thinking something like "del *.* C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temp". However I thought I should check around with other IT folks to see what they think.
I have lots of questions like that and would like to find a place where I can post them so any good sites would be appreciated. Thanks.
