Hello. After finding out I gained 4 pounds during my first two months of college (not too bad--I was fearing worse), then going and gaining 4 more during the 4 days of fall break, I'm ready to diet when I get back. What's the best site to help track calories, activities, and just make one more conscious of these things? I used fitday.com last year when I was eating healthily, but it got on my nerves. Anything better? Thanks for the info...
