I'm a bit flat footed. I've never really had a pair of business shoes or sneakers fit me well. I always get some pain at the bottom of my feet. Are there any really good business shoes and/or sneakers and/or inserts that can get me comfortable?

I like my nike frees.

For some reason the soles of the feet are THROBBING after 15min at 3/4 to full on the erg, but after lifting for a bit it goes away.

As for running or walking with them, I have never had an issue. For some reason, it jsut happens when I erg😕

New Balance Walking Shoe.

It has no arch support so its great for us flatfoots.

I have absolutely no arch what-so-ever.

I also think my puma tx-300's might not have an arch

Umm, when you are flat footed you *want* shoes with an arch so that your feet roll out and you can support your ankle. That's the idea behind shoe inserts, to emulate the arch.

That is extremely painful for a flat footed person. A buddy of mine used to run track and finding shoes that didn't kill his feet after just running a 100, were very hard to find.

I'm flat footed and use orthodics (which provide an artificial arch) because mine just collapse, pulling on some muscle in the back of my lower leg and making it hurt after a little while of standing, unless there's somethign there to keep the arch intact.

He's the opposite. He has to have the least amount of arch in his shoes otherwise he can barely walk after a little while.
