Good Screen Capturer for Games?

Do you guys know of a good Screen Capturer for games? I want to record gameplay movies for this little project I'm working on, but FRAPS really lowers the FPS and slows down the game whenever I try to capture movies.

What game? Are you sure it doesn't have a built-in recording capability? Almost every game has recordable demos, and some output bmp/tga frames like the Quake3 engine. If it only has demo recording, then whenever you playback the demos you can use FRAPS to record the playback. That way gameplay isn't affected at all.
