Being a member of the Asian community in an Asian family I have probably always eaten exclusively in Chinese cuisines (well I went to a Cuban food place once in the Mission and it was good), but do y'all have any recommendations for places to eat? I'm going with a friend of mine back in college.

Their is a seafood resturant at Ghirardelli Square, it is reasonably priced and the food is good.

Burma Superstar on Clement st. between fourth and fifth ave in the inner Richmond district. It is the only restaurant I have noticed in the Richmond district that always has people waiting to get inside. You can also walk another four minutes to Brother's restaurant for the best Korean food in the city and county of San Francisco.

House of Prime Rib on Van Ness st. near Washington is another good choice.

Like Vietnamese? There's a restaurant that has the best Pho that's right on the corner in Portsmouth Square.
