Good replacement for aopen AX6BC

I am currently using an open AX6BC motherboard. I love it. It allows me turn turn off ACPI to free up an interrupt. I am planning on upgrading to a newer board. I would like a board that has no audio or video on board, intel chipset, agp4x, udma100, and the ability to turn off all the green stuff (ACPI), etc. Also the ability to force assign IRQ's to the pci slots is nice. 2 serial ports is also needed. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
