Good Reliable AM3 motherboard?

Hello, I need a good reliable AM3 motherboard to hold me over until Bulldozer is released(if it's worth it). Budget is 50-75$ Any brand is good save for Foxconn or made by Foxconn, ECS, or PC chips.

Current Foxconn A9DA-S gives me driver IRQL error because it overvolts my system. And no bios version will fix it.

ASRock 880GM-LE AM3 880G Radeon 4250 IGP Micro ATX
ASRock M3A770DE: Socket AM3, 770 Chipset, ATX
ASRock EXTREME3 870: CF 8x/8x SATA6Gb/s USB3.0 ATX
ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3 880G IGP SATA6Gb/s USB3.0 Micro ATX
ASUS M4N75TD: AM3 NVIDIA nForce 750a SLI (8x/8x) ATX

Have a look at which one fits your pocket

So I've narrowed it down to two contenders. MSI & Gigabyte.

MSI because I have an MSI cyclone that I'm really satisfied with.

Gigabyte because I had one of their p965 mobo's for over 4 years, til' I upgraded to quad core.

EDIT: Ok I'll consider Asus too.

you have 2 atx and one m-atx posted. do you need m-atx or did you pick based on features.

if you want usb3.0 and sataIII, make sure you board has a SB8xx as that has those built in to it.

and I know most board with 890GX on it are out of you price range, but it is a decent nb. I just bought 2 asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 and they seem to be very good for the price.
