Good Reflector Telescope?

Well, I am finally wanting a decent telescope. Does anyone know of a good reflector telescope that is under $500? Any help is appreciated. Also, what brands would you suggest?

This past weekend I picked one of these up. It's a pretty nice scope...and it was free.🙂

Last night I took it out to check out Mars. It was pretty cool to look at. I found a place that has a setup to attach my Canon G3 to it. Can't wait to take some pics of the Moon.

Anyways, getting back your question...check out the cloudynights.com forums. Also check out this site. It covers 6" reflector scopes. That is the size in your price range. If you can afford a 8" go for it🙂
