Anybody have a good recipe for ribs?

Anyone have any recipes that they like making? Chicken wings or something else that would be good for a ball game or party?

1) Get in car

2) Drive to County Line Barbeque

3) order the gluttony special

4) Drive home and enjoy

This is probably a local deal for me.

Mmmmmm.....beef ribs.

Take pork or beef ribs and pour Korean BBQ sauce all over! You can find it at most supermarkets in the "Asian" aisle.
Take Soy Sauce and pour in about 1/10 the amount of Korean BBQ sauce.
Take 2 tbsp of sugar and hand mix into ribs.

Bake in the oven at 375 for about 25 - 30 mins, give or take 5 mins for level ofa rarity.

Viola...time to grub.

Sorry for the approx amounts, I do this by eye whenever I cook.

You can also boil the ribs first so that the ribs are already done. Then marinade with all the barbeque sauce and slowly bake them...SLOWLY so that the meat gets really really tender and just falls off the bone. Good luck!

go with biglaw's method, the meat's much more tender that way, and if you feel like bbq, you can bbq them instead of bake them =), just my $0.02

try marinating chicken wings in this for about 2 days:
1 cup hoisen sauce
6 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped, not very finely
1 cup rice vinegar

sprinkle sesame seeds on the wings spread out on a baking sheet and broil until 165 or hotter.

OR:
boneless Chicken theighs or breasts
about 4 breasts
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 TBS rosemary
pepper
red onion chopped (not too fine)
marinate for about 2 days if grilling
or cook in a saucepan on medium-low heat for a while. pretty easy to throw together and tastes great!

My ex had some professional chef education, and she taught me the ABSOLUTELY best way to make ribs.

Initially cook the ribs in a pan with an inch or two of water in an oven, turning it over a couple of times. This will cook the meat, but soften it too. Cook this for 15-20 mins until it's cooked, then take it out, let it cool a bit, and put your favorite bbq sauce ALL over it. What i usualy do next is bbq it, or you can stick it back in the oven. Doing it this way, you make the meat extremely tender, so that when you eat it, it just melts into your mouth, rather than it being dried or chewy.
