I have a droid3 with 2.3 Android.
I am using it on pageplus $80 for 1 year deal so no real data usage.
What gains, if any, would rooting do for someone like myself? I know it helps install other programs and remove built in OEM junk you don't want. But would Android 4.0+ be worth it or other reasons?
Have not looked into it much, just in case you could not tel. I also like to use my phone as a Car Camera so that is one reason I may root if it would help.
