good read on core temps: Asus and Abit compared

I'll buy that. I've used the same AMD chip and extras on ASUS and Abit boards and found the same thing. Also, with my Abit NF7 I can boot up and get a core reading near 40C one day and something in the high 20's the next, and this is with nearly the same ambient temps. I know for sure it isn't the HS, mounting mechanism, Arctic Silver or any physical change causing this, it's got to be some type of calibration error. I stopped worrying about it a long time ago, almost!
