Good RAM for Canterwood?

I'm planning a Canterwood-based upgrade next month (or whenever it comes out), and have most of the components picked out - except for the memory. I plan on having a gig's worth of RAM in the system, but I'm not certain what the best memory would be. And by best I don't mean something "over" priced for superior quality with overclocking in mind - I mean best price/performance on a non OC'ed system.

I know Samsung's always a good brand, but I'm also seeing Kingston and others with memory coolers that seem to be in the same range. The case will have a window and lighting, so the colorful coolers have a certain appeal for looks alone. But I haven't followed the memory reviews enough to know exactly what to look for as far as brands and part numbers go.

Any suggestions?

I don't really know but I'm kind of i n you r situation too except I haven't picke dout my parts yet since it all depends on how well the 9600 Pro performs and how much lower the price on the 9700 Pro comes down. For the nice looks through the window, just get some good looking Heat Spreaders on the RAM since that seems to impress people a lot....
