please please help!...just a good basic quiet socket a hsf for an athlong 1.2ghz

Wrong forum, but I was also thinking of this, although I'm running on a 2500+ barton. THe zalman CNPS-7000 series is really nice, although large, so check their mobo compatibility list here

For inexpensive, but great cooling pick up a SVC GC68. That is if they are still being made.

While we're on the topic, which do you guys think will be better?

THe Zalman 7000A, or the Thermalright SP97?
