Good quick res/refresh changer?

I need a Win 7 x64 app that will let me switch quickly from 1920x1080 60Hz to 24Hz (home theater use). I tried Multi-res and for some reason it doesn't list all available refresh rates on my HDTV (like 24Hz).

Any ideas?
