Good quality video INPUT on PC

I have some VHS tapes that I want to immortalise by making digital copies. What should I get for under £100 or so in the way of video input?

It seems that all Hauppage products only capture at 320x240, APART from the PVR - £125 for USB, £180 for PCI... this will capture at "full D1: 704x576 12Mbit/sec" which I *think* is quite good.
