Good quality SATA 300 data cable?

I'm now moving into SATA family!!! finally away from IDE....

I'm trying to buy sata cables that are 300 capable, what are the good quality brand? Is there difference in brand name vs. cheap generic?
Is SATA 150 cable same as SATA 300? would SATA 150 work as SATA 300??

I see a lot of SATA 150 cables in newegg, but not much of SATA 300....little confuse...

Does color of the cable matter?? I've read someone mentioned in newegg customer review.."Blue is better" Is it really?
