Good quality desktop for office apps and internet

I already an an i7-4930k system that I do my work and gaming on but I think I'm going to reserve it just for gaming and buy a desktop for work (office apps). I don't want to mix work with overclocking and I want to run my 4930k overclocked at 4 GHz 24/7 for better performance in some games I have that' why I've been thinking about a 2nd PC.

Is there really any point in building your own PC if it's just for office applications/internet browsing? I already have a spare 16GB DDR3-1600 kit I'm not using. I also have a retail copy of Windows 7 Pro and Windows 8.1 upgrade. However this dell is very compact for a desktop PC and it's on sale right now and comes with a keyboard and mouse. I dont want 2 big towers and I need a short tower that will fit under my desk.

That dell will be fine and having worked with them in person they aren't very big. That being said, what is it that is making you decide on another desktop for those tasks?

I don't want to do office work on an overclocked PC. Data integrity is important for the work I do with my PC. I want to only use this my current PC for gaming and have it overclocked to 4 GHz as already did extensive testing using stress testing programs at that speed without issues. No way I'm risking doing office work on an overclocked system even if stability tests ran successfully for several hours with the overclock.
 
The reason I ask is maybe a low powered notebook will do what you're asking. That way you don't need to worry about two desktops taking up space
