Good PSx Emulator?

Whats a good PSx emulator? Specifically for Parasite Eve. Must support sound, and run under win xp.
Second question: could I rip roms from my own PSx game cds? Or is there a place where I could download roms for games which I already own?

I don't think there are any good PSX emus. The only one I ever tried let you just put the game in the CD tray and play from there. It didn't work out so well, and I just bought a PSX.

epsxe... if you already own the game, just create the iso yourself
