I don't think Rosewill is known for their PSUs. In fact, I don't think they're known for anything. I'd get a better brand, but that's just me.

Looks like it has the same guts as this Coolmax without the 140mm fan and adjustable rpm. I'd go for any Fortron priced in that range instead.

Rosewill is just a packager. The PSU is a rebadged Coolmax (which itself went under a different name, ATNG, not too long ago). I think the Coolmax PSUs are decent though you likely don't need anywhere near the output of that AP600 (35A@12V) unless you are planning for an unusual accessory (e.g. building a high-powered car stereo deck into your PC)...

But i hear my existing thermaltake 420 with 12v@18A wont be enough if planning to OC... thats y im looking for a good cheap PS with enough 12v juice... plus they all saying Msi Neo2 needs over 20A on 12v if OC-ing.
decisons... decisions

You have to take most PSU's ratings with a grain of salt. If the 3V and 5V lines are pulling max power then the PSU is not going to be able to put out 35A on the 12V line.

Stability is more important than raw amps.

I would be VERY surprised if any processor pulled more than 10A when powered from the 12V rail (that's 120 Watts!).
