Good program FSAA App

I need a program that can launch games with their own FSAA settings, such as I want 4X FSAA and full aniostrofic filtering and texture sharpening with Quake 3 because my video card can handle it with ease, but in UT2003 I do not want it, I was wondering if there is a good program for geforce 4ti cards or geforce cards in general that can do this, I'm currenttly using 41.09 drivers.
