Good program for using Video In?

I want to be able to put my ps2's video on my monitor, cause I have my speakers catered toward the computer, not my tv. What is a good program or utility that will give me good fullscreen video? I have an x800xt PE by the way. Also, how do you get DTS to work with an audity 2 ZS Plat. Pro, more specifically from the ps2. I tried it with the optical out with my ps2 and it wasnt doing anything, any thoughts on that?
 
I've actually done this with Power VCR but I think all of these consumer level analog video inputs support only 320x240. My PS2 looked pretty awful on my computer screen doing just that.
