Good program for locking folders

What's a good program for passwords locking folders? I have Win98SE, so the OS can't do it for me.

I can recommend a program that can totally hide folders from the user and from the operating system, and you can un-hide it only by entering a password: PC-Magic.

If you're willing to pay more money, the program will even encrypt the folders while it's hiding them.
