Good price or Not?

I'm looking at upgrading to a new motherboard and wonder if the price of $158 is good, bad or indifferent for the ASUS P4P800 DELUXE? They want $239 for a P4 2.6C also is that a fair price?

You could check yourself at Newegg or others, but no that is not a good deal. At newegg the mobo goes for $129 and the processor goes for $172. I am guessing your prices are from a local place.

I went to pricegrabber.com and it led me to both places as having the cheaper prices. Thanks for the responses.
